Two-component waterproof epoxy resin
ULTRADRY
Waterproof epoxy floor coating: a waterproof, two-component epoxy resin, 100% solids, applied in 1 coat. Absorbent.
Developed to absorb moisture in the substrate (up to 98% moisture), block moisture via negative pressure (10 bar), and waterproof buried walls. It forms a vapor barrier (Sd=61). Suitable for accelerating the curing of “green concrete” and wet substrates.
Compatible with porous substrates such as concrete, mortar, or ceramic structures. Suitable as a waterproof epoxy floor coating for flooring and continuous pavement.
Uses:
- Moisture absorption from the substrate (< 98%) prior to applying systems that require dry substrates (polyurethanes, polyureas, wood flooring, industrial continuous flooring systems, etc.).
- Negative pressure moisture blocker (10 bar). Effective even in structures with a low water table: elevator pits, basements, ground floors, etc. Effective for waterproofing buried walls.
- Vapor barrier (Sd=61).
- Curing accelerator for “green concrete.”
- As a base for the Ultraflex system in swimming pools and other in-ground water features.
Ideal as a waterproof epoxy floor coating and base layer for continuous paving systems on substrates that require an effective barrier against ground moisture.

5 kg pack: Component A (4 kg) + Component B (1 kg).

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Store ULTRADRY waterproof epoxy resin in its original, fully sealed container, protected from sunlight and in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 5°C and 35°C, for a maximum of 12 months.
Once opened, the container should be used immediately.

APPLICATION RECOMMENDATIONS
- The surface to be covered must be firm, durable, and free of dust, dirt, and any elements that could hinder the product’s adhesion, such as paint, lime, gypsum, adhesive rubber residue, and any screed substrates not resistant to moisture.
- Remove any surface water from the area to be treated.
- The ULTRADRY containers – component A and component B – are pre-dosed with the correct amounts. Pour component B into component A and mix with a spiral rod at a slow speed until a uniform color and consistency are achieved. Make sure the mixture is homogeneous.
- Apply a uniform coat of ULTRADRY using a roller or trowel, ensuring full coverage of the entire surface.
- Do not apply ULTRADRY to the structural joints of the substrate.
