General characteristics

PRESENTATION

1.2 L metal containers, for 1:1 mixing ratio with Ultraflex 15 Kg.

EXPIRY

12 months, stored in a dry place at a temperature of 5oC to 35oC.

HANDING AND TRANSPORT

  • Skin protection Wear rubber gloves. Remove immediately after contamination. Wear clothing that covers the whole body. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after task and before eating, drinking or smoking.

If using a stirrer, do so at low speed and be careful not to incorporate air into the mixture. Wait a couple of minutes and apply normally with a roller or rubber lip. The pot life of the mixture will be approximately 90 minutes.

If applying on a slope or vertical surface, use Tixal.

PROCEDURE

Follow the mixing instructions for Ultraflex and Quickcure as detailed in the application section. Once the Ultraflex and Quickcure mixture is homogeneous, add the required amount of Tixal and mix again. Depending on the slope, you can mix up to a maximum of 500 ml of Tixal for every 15 kg of Ultraflex.

Initial drying time: approx. 2 to 4 hours (depending on climate). Membrane curing time: 24h.
