Stone Resin
Resin bound gravel and transparent resin for vehicle entrances, parking lots, or sidewalks.
Eagle Stone Resin is a clear, two-component, aliphatic polyurethane draining resin designed for use with aggregates on various surfaces or as a draining pavement, such as vehicle entrances, parks, or sidewalks.
Eagle Stone Resin is odorless, transparent, and made from polyurethane with 100% solids. It is designed to be used as a resin or aggregate coating in walkable areas exposed to ultraviolet (UV) rays.
General characteristics of the permeable resin
- 100% solids, water-free, solvent-free (odorless).
- Do not add water or solvents.
- High abrasion resistance and flexibility.
- Aliphatic, fully resistant to UV rays and inclement weather.
- Eagle Stone Resin must be applied to dry surfaces, avoiding the presence of moisture or water from the surface to be coated or the substrate, either at the time of application or subsequently (pressure from the water table).
- To reduce the risk of condensation, both the substrate and ambient temperatures must be at least 3°C above the dew point at the time of application.
- Resin bound gravel for aggregate surfacing. Mixing ratio (by weight) 1:13.5.
- The recommended aggregate size is 3–5 mm.
Applications
Application Method
Substrate
- The concrete must be in good condition, clean, dry, free of laitance, and suitable for the application of the coating resin.
- Ensure the concrete has been designed with a minimum strength of C35 and a minimum compressive strength of 25 MPa.
Mixing
- Eagle Stone Resin comes pre-dosed in the correct amounts for mixing. Partial mixing of the components is not recommended.
- Mix Component A, then pour in the contents of Component B.
- Combine using a mixer at low speed until the mixture is fully integrated (2 min). Make sure to mix thoroughly along the edges and at the bottom of the can.
- Simultaneously, add the correct ratio of aggregates to a large mixer, pour in the Eagle Stone Resin mixture, and combine for 3–4 minutes.
- Pour the mixture of draining resins and aggregates onto the substrate and spread it using a trowel to control thickness and consumption.
- Accelerate the resin. In very cold temperatures, you can speed up the curing process of Eagle resin by adding our accelerator, using a maximum of 150 ml per 7 kg package.

Component A: 4.50 kg + Component B: 2.50 kg.
Expiration and Storage
- 24 months at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C, provided it is stored in a dry place.
- Once the container is opened, the product must be used immediately.
