Ultraflex, a liquid polyurethane membrane, is suitable for both new construction and renovation projects.
Ultraflex offers multiple applications and can be used as a waterproofing product for swimming pools or for waterproofing terraces, as well as a waterproofing membrane for terraces, roofs, balconies, channels, drains, and more.
Ultraflex is a single-component, moisture-reactive, cold-applied liquid polyurethane membrane that forms a continuous waterproofing liquid membrane, ideal for the liquid waterproofing of roofs. This liquid polyurethane membrane is ideal for both new construction and renovation projects.
Ultraflex is designed to make life easier for installers and construction professionals. It can be applied directly from the container without the need for additives or priming. Therefore, this waterproofing liquid membrane is perfect for a wide range of applications.
Ultraflex is available in 15 kg containers and now also in a 6 kg format to make it easier to finish projects and work on specific areas or small surfaces.
Available in both dark gray and brick red.
Suitable for liquid waterproofing of all types of ROOFS: flat, sloped, inverted, landscaped.
Suitable for all types of SUBSTRATES: concrete, ceramic, tile, brick, wood, synthetic membranes, asphalt felt, metal, PVC, etc.

Preparation
- Apply at an ambient temperature of 2–35 °C.
- Ensure that the treated surface is clean and dry.
- Finishing edges (lips, trims) must be attached to the substrate before applying ULTRAFLEX®.
- ULTRAFLEX® is designed for direct finishing.
Application
- Mix well before use.
- Apply ULTRAFLEX® directly from the tin onto the surface to be treated using a solvent-resistant roller.
- Apply the first coat of ULTRAFLEX®.
- Then place the ULTRAFLEX® Matting, positioning it with the aid of a roller.
- Finally, apply the second coat of ULTRAFLEX® and make sure the matting is completely saturated.
Coverage:
1 tin of ULTRAFLEX® can waterproof 8–10 m2, depending on the type of surface.

- Freshly poured concrete must be allowed to dry for 28 days before applying ULTRAFLEX®.
- Excellent adherence to a range of surfaces: concrete, ceramic, PVC, brick, wood, metals, bitumen membranes, and so on.
- EPDM rubber and TPO surfaces should be pretested for compatibility by applying a test patch.
- Do not use silicones. Always use polyurethane or MS polymer putties (ULTRAFLEX® A&S).
