Cold applied liquid Polyurea.
UltraFlex PROis a 2-component, aromatic, liquid polyurea waterproofing mem- brane that is applied cold by roller, trowel or rubber trowel.
Its high performance makes it possible to generate a continuous, jointless, flexible waterproof coating, fully adhered to the support and highly elastic that provides optimal long-lasting tightness, with an estimated useful life of more than 25 years.
Developed for the waterproofing of all types of roofs that require great mechanical resistance. Suitable for roofs with intense vehicular traffic.
Suitable for aquatic areas, structural elements, garden, inverted, inclined and flat roofs.
Suitable for the repair of polyurea membranes.
Accepts paving.

APPLICATINES
UltraFlex PRO has been developed for waterproofing:
All roof types: flat, pitched, inverted, landscaped, etc.
Trafficable roofs with vehicular traffic or surfaces requiring high mechanical resistance, for private and/or industrial use.
Structural elements (floors, slabs, foundations, walls). High mechanical resis- tance, for private and/or industrial use.
Suitable for waterproofing water areas (ponds, pools, swimming pools, aqua- riums and other water containers).
Repair of polyurea membranes
The properties and thixotropy of the product allow a great adaptability to all types of surfaces and geometries.
Compatible with a wide range of substrates: concrete, ceramic, metal, wood, fibre ce- ment, bituminous, asphalt, butyl, PVC, mortar, acrylic paints, polyurea membranes…
Suitable for subsequent paving.
Trafficable. Allows both pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

PERFORMANCE
For guaranteed waterproofing, a thickness of 1.5 mm should be applied, which would result in a consumption of approximately 2 kg/m2. Please note that this calculation may vary depending on the weather or the condition of the substrate.

CONSERVATION AND SHELF LIFE
Store UltraFlex PRO in its original, sealed container. Protect it from sunlight and store it in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 5oC and 35oC for a maximum of 12 months. Once opened, use immediately.
HANDLING AND TRANSPORT
Skin protection: Wear rubber gloves. Remove immediately after contamination. Wear clean clo- thing covering the whole body. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after the task and before eating, drinking or smoking.
Eye/face protection: Wear safety goggles to avoid splashing and exposure to airborne particles produced by the aerosol.
Waste: Generating waste should be avoided or minimised. Incinerate under controlled conditions in accordance with local and national laws and regulations.
