ULTRAFLEX PRO
UltraFlex PRO is a waterproofing liquid membrane, a two-component, aromatic, liquid polyurea membrane that is applied cold using a roller, trowel, or rubber lip.
Its high performance as a sealing polyurethane resin creates a continuous, joint-free, waterproof coating that is flexible, fully bonded to the substrate, and highly elastic. This ensures optimal, long-lasting watertightness with an estimated service life exceeding 25 years.
Developed for waterproofing all types of roofs that require high mechanical strength. Suitable for trafficable and parking roofs with heavy vehicle traffic.
This waterproofing liquid membrane is suitable for wet areas, structural elements, and green, inverted, sloped, and flat roofs.
Also suitable for repairing polyurea membranes. It allows for paving and is ideal for traffic and parking systems.

APPLICATIONS
UltraFlex PRO has been developed for waterproofing all types of roofs: flat, sloped, inverted, landscaped, etc.
Roofs that can be walked on and used by vehicles, or surfaces that require high mechanical strength, whether for private or industrial use. Mobility and parking system.
Structural elements (slabs, foundations, walls). High mechanical strength, suitable for both private and industrial use.
Suitable for waterproofing aquatic areas (ponds, pools, swimming pools, aquariums, and other water containers).
Repair of polyurea membranes. The product’s properties and thixotropy allow for excellent adaptability to all types of surfaces and geometries.
Compatible with a wide range of substrates: concrete, ceramic, metal, wood, fiber cement, bituminous, asphalt, and butyl membranes, PVC, mortar, acrylic paints, and polyurea membranes.
Suitable for subsequent paving. Walkable. Suitable for both pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

COVERAGE
To ensure reliable waterproofing with our Ultraflex Pro polyurethane sealant resin, a thickness of 1.5 mm should be applied, which would result in a consumption of approximately 2 kg/m2. Please note that this calculation may change depending on the weather or the condition of the substrate.
PACKAGING
Metal can in two sizes:
6 kg pack: Component A (4.3 kg) + Component B (1.7 kg)
20 kg pack: Component A (14.3 kg) + Component B (5.7 kg)
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Store UltraFlex PRO polyurethane sealant resin in its original, fully sealed container. Store away from sunlight in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 5°C and 35°C for up to 12 months. Once opened, use immediately.
HANDLING AND TRANSPORT
Skin protection: Wear rubber gloves. Remove immediately after contamination. Wear clean clo- thing covering the whole body. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after the task and before eating, drinking or smoking.
Eye/face protection: Wear safety goggles to avoid splashing and exposure to airborne particles produced by the aerosol.
Waste: Generating waste should be avoided or minimised. Incinerate under controlled conditions in accordance with local and national laws and regulations.
