ULTRAPRIME PRO
Low-viscosity primer for polyurethane resin flooring (two-component sealing resin).
Two-component, 100% solids polyurethane sealant resin used in combination with the Ultraflex membrane for TRAFFIC polyurethane resin flooring systems.
UltraPrime PRO is a low-viscosity, 100% solids, two-component polyurethane sealant resin specially developed to increase adhesion and improve substrate flatness in Ultraflex TRAFFIC polyurethane resin flooring systems.

GENERAL FEATURES
UltraPrime PRO is formulated by combining two polyurethane-based components. Apply to a flat, clean, dry surface that is as firm as possible.
It can be applied to continuous pavements and porous surfaces, such as concrete and cement. Under no circumstances should it be diluted. Depending on the condition of the substrate to be treated, including irregularities and planarity, the coverage may range from 150 to 300 g/m², applied in one or multiple coats.
Suitable for application by roller, brush, or airless equipment (in which case, it is recommended to consider the pot life of the mixture). Applicable to substrates with a maximum of 5% residual moisture. Do not apply on damp substrates or those with moisture from indoor sources (groundwater, condensation, leaks, etc.).
For highly irregular substrates, it can be applied in combination with mineral particles (silica sand).
100% solids; contains no volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Excellent adhesion to porous substrates. It carries CE marking when used in conjunction with the UltraFlex liquid polyurethane waterproofing system, in accordance with European guideline ETAG #005.
APPLICATION GUIDE
The surface to be treated must be dry and clean. If necessary, use pressurized water to remove any remaining grout, grease, oil, efflorescence, or other contaminants. Take into account residual moisture from the cleaning process and do not apply if it exceeds 5%.
Mechanical surface preparation or chemical cleaning systems for metal surfaces may be required.
Mix the two components of UltraPrime PRO at medium speed for about 2 minutes.
Apply 2 or more coats as needed to achieve the desired thickness. If the surface is very uneven, you can apply an initial coat of UltraPrime PRO mixed with minerals to fill and level the substrate. Wait until it is completely dry before applying the waterproofing system.
