The company took part in both professional events held in October, in Madrid and Brussels, where ULTRAFLEX® and UltraDry attracted particular attention for their solutions designed to enhance the durability, efficiency and reliability of construction systems.
Eagle Waterproofing took part in ConstruDeal Madrid and Belgian Roof Day this October. The two events brought together manufacturers, architects, specifiers and waterproofing contractors.
ConstruDeal welcomed more than 2,000 professionals and featured over 50 companies and brands across an exhibition area of approximately 1,500 m².
Belgian Roof Day, held in Brussels alongside De Dag van de Afwerking, brought together 5,500 professionals and more than 160 exhibitors across an area of over 15,000 m².

Taking part in these two events enabled Eagle to present its solutions to complementary professional audiences and identify a trend that is becoming increasingly prominent in the market: high-performance liquid-applied membranes are gaining market share thanks to their versatility, durability and effectiveness.
“High-performance liquid-applied solutions offer clear advantages in many projects, particularly because they can adapt to complex geometries and address critical details with a continuous membrane that is fully bonded to the substrate. This helps optimise installation times and reduce the risk of errors on site,”
explains Gemma Mogas, Partner and General Manager of Eagle Waterproofing Ibérica, the European subsidiary of Eagle Group.
ULTRAFLEX® and UltraDry take centre stage at both events
Against this backdrop, ULTRAFLEX® and UltraDry stood out as two of Eagle Waterproofing’s key solutions.
ULTRAFLEX® is a one-component polyurethane liquid membrane, cold-applied using a wet-on-wet system, allowing successive coats to be applied without waiting between layers. This polyurethane membrane has a W3 classification and ETE and BBA certifications, confirming a service life of more than 25 years under the relevant assessment conditions. Its ability to form a continuous membrane and adapt to different roof configurations makes it suitable for waterproofing projects in both new-build construction and refurbishment.
UltraDry is a two-component epoxy resin designed to treat substrates affected by residual moisture. Applied in a single coat, it can absorb up to 98% of the moisture in the substrate and withstand negative water pressure of up to 10 bar, according to the product specifications. It also acts as a vapour barrier and a radon gas barrier, making it suitable for use on ground-floor areas, in basements and on below-ground walls.

Demand for high-performance systems underlines the importance of solutions that combine technical reliability, adaptability and ease of application. Polyurethane and polyurea liquid membranes make it possible to waterproof roofs and surfaces with a wide range of configurations, while selecting the right system for each substrate and project is essential to ensure long-term performance.
“Our aim is to provide solutions that address the real challenges faced by professionals, both in roof waterproofing and in the treatment of substrates affected by moisture. ULTRAFLEX and UltraDry meet different needs through technical systems designed to simplify installation and provide long-term guarantees,” says Gemma Mogas.
Through its participation in ConstruDeal and Belgian Roof Day, Eagle Waterproofing is strengthening its relationships with architects, specifiers and contractors, while reaffirming its commitment to systems that meet the real demands of construction projects.
